This is our white sourdough loaf. It has a crusty exterior and soft chewy and open crumb. It is leavened only with a natural sourdough culture, and as a result has subtle sour taste to it. We love to make grilled cheese sandwiches with this loaf, but being a neutral loaf, it lends itself equally well to savoury or sweet meals. This loaf is made with nothing more than flour, water and sea salt. Note that this bread is baked on Thursdays and delivered on Thursdays and Fridays depending on your area.
