Khorasan flour is more commonly known as Kamut flour. It is an ancient grain, similar to spelt. It is related to the wheat family of grain. It has a subtle nutty flavour and beautiful golden crumb. It is one of our favourites! This loaf is made with organic white Khorasan flour, fresh yeast, and sea salt. Note that this bread is baked on Thursdays and delivered on Thursdays and Fridays depending on your area.
